Bent Tree Burn Policy Reminder

Public Safety recently responded to a report of a manmade outdoor fire involving burning debris.  Upon arrival at the scene, the fire was promptly extinguished.  Enforcement actions were also taken.  Public Safety appreciates residents actively reporting violations of this nature that can seriously impact the lives of everyone in the community.

Transponder Renewals 2023

It’s time to renew transponders.  Here’s what you need to know:

- The fee this year for transponders is $35 per vehicle.  This can be paid in cash or check at the Front Gate or with credit card at Admin.  Two transponders are included with your annual fees. 

- All transponders need to be renewed, even the two included with your annual fees.  This can be done in one of two ways: 

1. Bring the vehicles with transponders being renewed to the front gate for inspection by Public Safety. 
2. Complete the following form and email back to public safety or drop it off at the Front Gate.  These forms can also be picked up at the Front Gate or Admin.  Resident_Transponder_Info

- Transponders that are not renewed by 3-1-23 will be deactivated.
